Traversing the world on two, rather small wheels

When it comes to adventurous travel there are many brave & courageous souls who like to push the boundaries of human endurance, crossing vast continents & far-flung regions in search of fame & fortune & social media ratings. Thankfully, I am not like that, well not anymore anyway.

As a bloke in his mid-50s my days of kicking the arse out of it are well & truly over, so to get my adventure fix these days I have taken to mooching about the UK (& possibly Europe if I get a leave pass) on my trusty Brompton bicycle (Geeky, yes. Quirky, definitely. Great fun, absolutely.)

So, if you feel that this sort of nonsense sounds like your sort of nonsense, feel free to read on, commenting, liking and following as you desire. If not, feel free to push off.

Kind regards

Dan

Image shows a dashing fellow sporting a fine woollen hat, standing alone on a pier-like structure in Weymouth, Dorset. The absence of any other living thing suggests that the weather was bloody awful and that any normal person was either asleep or holed up in a pub somewhere.
